GeoZentrum Nordbayern, Chair of Geology received donation of Move software licenses
The Chair of Geology at GeoZentrum Nordbayern, FAU Erlangen-Nurnberg University signed a licensing agreement with Petroleum Experts Ltd. under which Petroleum Experts has donated 10 academic licenses for the Move software suite (https://www.petex.com/products) with a commercial value of 1,409,059.98 GBP.
MOVE is a powerful tool for integrating and modelling 2D & 3D surface and subsurface data for geological, geophysical and geomechanical applications. Move licenses are used exclusively for teaching and training of our B.Sc., M.Sc. and PhD students and academic non-commercial research activities within the Chair of Geology. The Chair of Geology at GeoZentrum Nordbayern greatly acknowledges the Petroleum Experts Ltd. donation.
